We know the economy is bad, okay ? But turn up the damned heat, turn on the hot water in the bathroom and tell the waitresses to lighten up a bit. We froze, the waitress was pretty cold too and the food was half the portions we remembered having last time we were in Michigan. You could always count on Big Boy for uniformly good food but I can't vouch for the Gaylord Big Boy.
