We had excellent service and food this morning. The restaurant is newly renovated . The breakfast was perfect... friendly and efficient service!
The food was Bob's Big Boy food so you know what you are getting. Breakfast at lunch? You got it! My eggs and hash browns were good, as were my wife's. My 6 year old gave a big thumbs up on the pancakes, but thought the bacon was over cooked. Two kids had build your own burgers and their thoughts were read through nothing being left in their baskets. My oldest had a Reuben and in teenage fashion said "it was just a Reuben." This place is good on a weekend for their breakfast buffet. You don't have to wonder what your going to order for breakfast or make up your mind because everything you could want is right there on the buffet. Besides if you use the buffet you don't have to be disappointed with portion sizes as they have definitely shrunk over the last several years. My favorite sandwich of all times is the slim Jim created by Big boy. A few months back I ordered one through DoorDash and it came and it was excellent as always. Then I ordered one a month or so ago and it was a full third smaller and the price that didn't increased. Just wanted to let you know that I do know what shrink inflation is and I can no longer in good conscience order your food.
My slim jim today had gross brown lettuce chunks. The fries were cold and bun not toasted. That visible brown lettuce was an insult from both cook and server.

we went to go to big boy to visit our best friend who newly started working there. as soon as we walk in our server asks us what we want doesn't try to start a friendly conversation or anything. her name was Sarah she takes us to our seats and throws the menus at us and asks what we want to drink. she brings us our water and asks what we want to order. we asked for more time and she rolled her eyes and walked away. she comes back and takes our order and the Workers there would not stop staring at us our entire visit and made... read more

Long wait for table even though place was not full and we were first in line. Out of breakfast food, mashed potatoes, etc. Long wait for food. Staff was friendly though.
Slow service! Waited 40 minutes for drinks. 50 mins for food. Was not busy when we arrived, 3 other tables. Carry out orders were priority over people dining in the restaurant. We could overhear the staff complaining about customer orders. Seated by kitchen where alarms a timers were going off constantly. Food was ok.
Service was decent nice server. But it took an hour to get our food. We came in a group of 6 one person got the breakfast bar. The rest of us just got simple breakfasts. So confused why a bunch of tables with parties of 3-6 were getting food before us when they sat down after us. Got an appetizer came out 10 min before the food came. If you are looking for a quick place to get food DONT come here. Go lions !! Ps hashbrowns tasted like hard garbage.
