I ordered Wings by phone, when I walked in they checked the boxes that were my wings and said that they were not my wing. Then I sat there and waited for 10 minutes while other people got waited on after me, and waited on their food to be fresh, finally 10 minutes later I come up and ask what's going on and they relook and those were my wings the entire time. So I had sat there and waited for 10 minutes with my wings getting cold while they waited on everybody after me. For their fresh wings. I am highly unimpressed.
Servers lock the doors before closing time. Came 35 minutes before they closed to place a to go order and it was locked.
server 551/ Nao Lemons didnt put my order right to go i dont get it. i went to pick up my order the server showed me and reviewed my order 2 orders f 10 boneless wings with waffle fries on the side fried mac n cheese and pickles all went goot she charged me 40$ and some change i saw he putting the stuff in the bag and said thts it that all my order is there l,when i got home i see tht only the damm wings and sides are here EXEPT no fries k literally drove 30 min to the best wings in town so tht the server messes up my damm o... read more
Walked in at about 4:20pm and the hostess greeted and seated us promptly, with the promise that our server would be right with us. We sat and studied the menu. Watched as a server brought something to one of the other two tables with customers. Then we watched him disappear. We waited for over 10 minutes and never saw a server. That was enough for us. Left to try some of their competition. At least they waited on us.
The foood was okay, they did get it out quickly. It takes 3 people to make a drink; they are not very efficient. I literally just counted and there are 14 patrons in the restaurant and the service is below average. There seems like more playing behind the bar than tending to customers. Save your time and visit another wing place.
The MANAGER at this place honestly deserves a better restaurant. He was serving and moving around like crazy. But the biggest issue is his staff, they are slow and take their sweet time. 2 hours to get our food it's ridiculous. Manager apologized and removed food of ticket. But like I said this guy needs to be working at a bomb ass restaurant that deserves him.
Wow I've never ate here but this place looks nasty and dirty . The food does not look appealing at all !
Mary the waitress was fabulous. The food was good. However the stench from the restroom caused all of us to be physically ill. When reporting to the manager he could have cared less and dismissed our complaints. Was here to celebrate my best friends birthday and will never come back.
Zero stars! This is probably the worst service I have ever received. Our table waited an hour and half but only received half our food. Our waitress and the entire waitstaff including the manager were all unbothered by our complaints. It was not until we threatened to walk out in our check that we saw some sense of urgency form these people.
