The service is terrible- we sat down for dinner 20 minutes before a party of 20+ came in. The waitress (Joy) came by our table 2 times before the party came in. After the party came in- we didn't see her for 45 mins to an hour. Eventually I go to the bar to ask to speak to a manager. The manager comes out and takes the orders and apologizes for the wait. Funny enough it gets better- the receipt comes out and it's incorrect but they thought they could make it up to us with a brownie sundae. Worst service I have ever experien... read more
This would be a zero star if possible the food is good but the service is horrible- we walked out last night because the host walked us to a table next to the bathroom and we said we preferred somewhere not near the bathroom and she said oh well someone has to clean the tables and I have to go, and walked away someone in my group started trying to wipe a table when I said let's go, the second we start walking someone I guess was gonna be our waiter gets up to talk to us he was sitting in the booth watching us the whole time... read more
