Service was ok but the food is not that great... We tried the food due to people telling me we should but it wasn't what we thought it would be... We will continue to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings...

My family and I eat here fairly often and normally have a good experience but tonight was not that night. Long story short, I order breakfast burger and end up with regular burger, no egg or bacon. When letting our server know, she apologizes and heads to kitchen. I'm not one to send food back, for my own reasons but just wanted them to know my order was wrong. I've been coming here for over a year. Every wing order that I place, I order the same combination flavors (lemon pepper mixed with mango habanero). Today, I orders the wing basket with those two combination flavor along with the bacon and avocado burger. Except this time. The wings were for my mother (who was the one who turned me onto this flavor combination) and the burger was for me since my visit happened to fall on a Wednesday night ($8 burger nights). The food was good but there was only 6 channels. The real issue was one waiter. When I walked in, I asked him how his day was and he said "I just my shift to be over". The entire time he had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a waiter. He told us "buffalo wild wings is only 15 minutes away" so he didn't have to wait another table. He denied requests in attempt to be funny but never said he was joking. Zero stars if possible... ordered through Door Dash and received the completely wrong order.  They offered for me to come pick up a new order, which was ridiculous.  If you make a mistake, you own up to it and correct it.  They tried to blame the Door Dash driver and I wasn't having it.  Let me give you a piece of advice how to handle an issue like this; first apologize and sincerely tell the customer you are very sorry.  Then find a way to correct the issue so that the customer GETS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ORDERED AND THE DELIVER... read more

These people are thieves. Charged my card more money than total/tip. Never got my money back. Plus never refunded for items undelivered. Six months now.

We walked in, got seated immediately. Handed menus, orders drinks...THEN, NOTHING. Mind you they weren't busy, had plenty of employees standing around! Never once, in the 20 minutes that we were there did anyone take our order OR bring our drinks. STILL, several employees standing around. I'm not from this area, but I would NEVER recommend this place, ever. Terrible business practice going on here. It's sad.

During this covid -19 pandemic there aren't any places to sit and eat so we decided for take out, I called in the order because I had heard that these wings were pretty good and hearty! Well my first experience with this place left me so disappointed! The wings had little to no meat on the bone and extremely over cooked... light seasoning like they were almost out, and only had little left to use on the bones. HORRID UNSAFE EXPERIENCE!!The waiter gave my son in laws 1/2 eaten food to another party that were not acquainted at the end of our table, because he mistakenly served him the wrong food. Even after telling him it wasn't ok. He left it and they ate it to not cause a disturbanceThe GM-Allen is an extremely rude and arrogant man full of excuses!! Called Regional Director-Tod, with no reply!! WITH THE FLU AND CORONAVIRUS THIS ISN'T SAFE!!!! Should he shut down!!! I give this zero stars!!
