Zero stars if possible... ordered through Door Dash and received the completely wrong order.  They offered for me to come pick up a new order, which was ridiculous.  If you make a mistake, you own up to it and correct it.  They tried to blame the Door Dash driver and I wasn't having it.  Let me give you a piece of advice how to handle an issue like this; first apologize and sincerely tell the customer you are very sorry.  Then find a way to correct the issue so that the customer GETS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ORDERED AND THE DELIVER... read more

These people are thieves. Charged my card more money than total/tip. Never got my money back. Plus never refunded for items undelivered. Six months now.

We walked in, got seated immediately. Handed menus, orders drinks...THEN, NOTHING. Mind you they weren't busy, had plenty of employees standing around! Never once, in the 20 minutes that we were there did anyone take our order OR bring our drinks. STILL, several employees standing around. I'm not from this area, but I would NEVER recommend this place, ever. Terrible business practice going on here. It's sad.

During this covid -19 pandemic there aren't any places to sit and eat so we decided for take out, I called in the order because I had heard that these wings were pretty good and hearty! Well my first experience with this place left me so disappointed! HORRID UNSAFE EXPERIENCE!!The waiter gave my son in laws 1/2 eaten food to another party that were not acquainted at the end of our table, because he mistakenly served him the wrong food. Even after telling him it wasn't ok. He left it and they ate it to not cause a disturbanceThe GM-Allen is an extremely rude and arrogant man full of excuses!! Called Regional Director-Tod, with no reply!! WITH THE FLU AND CORONAVIRUS THIS ISN'T SAFE!!!! Should he shut down!!! I give this zero stars!!

Walked in was greeted by the host. I told her I wanted to sit up at the bar. The lunch rush was ending when I got there so it was a little dead. There was no bartender behind the bar. I waited 11 mins before someone came and took my drink order. I tried to search for a meal myself on what menu was up at the bar. I believe those menu was just advertising. KINGWOOD LOCATION ONLY: I've been here plenty of times, only because each time I've wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Pros - the staff is friendly. Cons - Wait time is RIDICULOUS. Every single time I have been here, there has been less than 5 customers but they somehow still take hours to serve your food and still manage to have 20 people on shift. We had been to the Atascocita location and was very impressed so we decided to give this location a try. We were immediately seated and our waiter was great however the food was just okay. The wings came first and then the fries and onion rings followed shortly after. Upon arrival the wings were definitely overcooked the waffle fries tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp. we did ask for a fresh order which they immediately brought. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They had me waiting inside for almost an hour on a to-go order that was claimed to only take 15min. Then it turns out they had it sitting instead of giving it to me. My fries were completely stale. The manager wouldn't give me a refund but new fries only. But he was treating me like I was the one being ridiculous! While his employees were laughing/smirking behind him. Never returning.
