One of the associate at Billshark his name Jim give me the wrong information about total fee i have to pay, he told me i have to pay $120 and when the bill came out its $192 , its make me dispointed and unhappy about this, i try to cancel this program but jim and Andrea one support team try to keep push me pay the fee, i still didnt like it and i want cancel this program, no good solution with Billshark team and i will jot recomendate this program to all my friends

Saved me money (I am very happy with that), but charged my credit card automatically and sent me multiple invoices at the same time. I paid the invoice, which basically means I paid for the same thing twice. Seeking a refund

Managed to negotiate a slightly lower bill with my FiOS internet. Verizon wasn’t budging at first but they kept trying and got a lower bill with an added incentive included. Stayed in contact with me to keep me updated during the process.
