The representative I talked to was great. My only issue was the time I had to wait on hold to talk to the great rep.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? Wish all reviews could be directed to Google only. Birdeye platform for reviews has little value to clients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier for client customers to give positive reviews. Also easier for our clients to reply to reviews.
