What do you dislike about Birdeye? Wish all reviews could be directed to Google only. Birdeye platform for reviews has little value to clients. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier for client customers to give positive reviews. Also easier for our clients to reply to reviews.

I also like the auto-response to reviews to have business interaction to posted reviews. They do have a dashboard for you account if you do like to be hands on. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
