"Increased exposure for our company!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that Birdeye handles sending all of our customers' reviews. Once we connected our system, the BirdEye platform immediately sends the customer a request for review after we close their ticket. It also catches potential negative reviews. There is a slight delay in the communication sometimes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are rescheduling patients that have missed appointments or confirming appointments. Patients are much more apt to text than answer a phone call.
