I dislike how sometimes the reviews do not go away after being responded to. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using Birdeye to recognize accomplishments that our employees have made.

"Great, easy way to communicate" What do you like best about Birdeye? The accessible communication Birdeye gives us with our patients. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is a slight delay in the communication sometimes. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are rescheduling patients that have missed appointments or confirming appointments. Patients are much more apt to text than answer a phone call.
