I mistakenly used Birdeye to review a business that I gave a very negative review. Then I realized that I had probably used poor wordage to explain my issue with the company. I believe the issue is going to be resolved. I wanted to delete my negative message but when I tried to sign on again I got a user not found message.l I tried to get help from your admin but looks like I won;t get any assistance.
