Have had Birdeye for a little over 1 year. The transition was extremely cumbersome and difficult. I was originally told that they integrated easily with my OMS only to find out that they did NOT. Trying to understand the customer support was hard as they spoke broken english at best. They did not deliver on their promise to easily get reviews from my customers and several of my clients stated that the link that was sent to them were "dead links" leading no where and offering no way for the client to leave a review. I find it troubling when you post a bad review about my company but you don't allow me to respond to the bad review without paying for your service, watching a demo and listening to a sales pitch. Then I get solicited for business from your company for service and told there isn't anything they can do to remove the negative review. I was rushed into a contract by sales for over $7,000 for the year, and then I decided a day or so later not to use their service, and all they said was too bad you signed a contract. They were not forthcoming with their services or refund/cancelation policy and were just out to grab our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are way better alternatives that actually believe in customer service. For a reputation management company, they sure don't practice what they preach, beware.
Run away from this company. They promise big and deliver zero. They have no clue what Customer Service means. They are BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with.
BEWARE of this company. They sign you up and don't follow through with the integrations. After almost 12 months of going around in circles with this company we are at the end of our contract. Not once did they listen to our concerns or assist us with the integration. When you book an online appointment they don't turn up. If you like your money DON'T give it to this company.
Really struggling to get a copy of the contract to sign. They took my initial money and sent me the wrong contract. I have asked a number of times now for the contract. They either come up with an excuse or ignore my emails. I have asked for a refund for the upfront payment and the emails are not responded to. They may be a genuine company experiencing problems or a rip off. I cant tell at this stage but very worrying they cant seem to supply a contract.
Terrible! They have been no help to us at all. They took are money and we are generating no reviews.

Help desk confirmed settings were correct so review request did not get sent out to customer. I don't think it was understood I changed the settings to off. He kept referring to it as we never set him up to be contacted. I changed the settings after a bad customer interaction.
