Not great for small businesses who have mostly repeat customers. The cost ends up being very high for the value. Beware that the service auto-renews. If you contact them to cancel even a few days after that, they won’t allow it and you’ll be trapped in an additional year, high price contract.

They promised to connect my reviews to my website and Facebook Page. Never worked!! Changed the price when they OVERCHARGED my account. IMPOSSIBLE to CANCEL!! No one answers the phone or emails now. Jessica Goodwin was my salesperson. Now she won’t answer or respond. I finally called SALES… Jet said she would contact customer support and have them call me back…… NOPE.
