    I have been with T Mobil's competitor for 20 years. What makes this Oceanside Location different is this is a well oiled machine. Everyone has the most unique personality and pleasant customer service attitude. regardless of issues which high tech has they find a way of making you feel safe and comfortable.     This company is a scam! As a small business I wanted to cancel our contract after the 12 months was up. The only responses was trying to tell me why I should keep the service and when I repeatedly responded with wanting to cancel the service I had no response. They kept taking payments from our account. Totally not trust worthy and absolute criminal behaviour.

    Impossible to cancel. Poor client service.

    Be cautious when signing up with CUBE/Birdeye. Over my 12 months tenure with them, I was promised a #1 Google map listing, booking software integration, and various marketing services. However, the booking software wasn’t available, and the map listing never materialised. Their SEO department tried to upsell me with false claims about my backlinks, which turned out to be mostly irrelevant and American.     We are completely disappointed, frustrated and feeling scammed by Birdeye. We have been with them for over 12 months and it is my guess that all the positive reviews here are either fake or from companies who have only been subscribed to Birdeye for a month or so. Initially everything seemed fine, however we have several recurring problems, and no one at Birdeye will return our call: 1.     We signed with Birdseye a year ago. the software is great but they told us it work with quick books desktop and not a issue. I was worried about this as others programs wont. Well there sales rep dint know what he was talking it don't work as I have 1 program i cant take off QB I've spent so much with mu IT guy and it wont work we have to do it manually and by running reports and sadly it just wont work correctly until i change my accounting software and that is taking a long time.     Beware of long term auto renewing contracts! I was not aware of the auto renewing part and now they claim we have to pay until October. I’m gonna warn everyone about this! Not happy!

    I have been trying to reach this business for 8 weeks and have them cancel my subscription, I spoke to a genleman 2 weeks ago who said my subscription will be cancelled and the business has still attempted to debit my accounts. This business failed to deliver on the promises I was sold on when signing up for the service. Great sales team, Great on-boarding, anything after this is sub par and the business did not grow my reviews at all
