    We cancelled Birdeye in March 2022 and they have yet to terminate our contract, after multiple meetings, emails and letters. We have a phone call with them every month explaining that we terminated the contract. They just keep charging you for services and don't deliver. Our CRM Integration was always broken and they did not generate any new reviews. It is now December 2022 and they still refuse to unlink our Google MyBusiness profile from the Birdeye app and are essentially holding us hostage. We switched to another review ... read more

    My collected payments have been pending over 2 weeks I have tried repeatedly to contact birdeye regarding this issue with no solution achieved. They are also billing me for a location that has been suspended for the last month and I’ve been trying to work with them on a solution for the last 3 weeks with No success. Business owner beware you cannot get anyone from billing to solve any issues once you’ve signed up if you have any questions or concerns prepare for the runaround wish I had a went with podium instead.

    If I could give this company 0/5 stars I would. The customer support and set-up from this company has been absolute garbage. They told us they would optimize our google business platform and then they never did. We set up several meetings with them yet the simple concept of them being available at our scheduled time seemed to escape them. When they would call they never had answers, in fact the only answer was our "team" will get back to you in 24-48 hours. No solutions were ever reached.     We have been trying to get someone from billing to call back about our account for months now. When I call a message them or call a general number, they say someone will call back within so many hours, does not happen. Once they even scheduled a call back time for us, but we did not receive a call. We cannot connect with a single person on our issue.

    Birdeye has caused nothing but issues for me.... They actually HARMED my online presence and have created multiple issues for myself and my staff through inadequacy. They deleted content off of my website without consent, posted fraudulent reviews to our Google listing, published incorrect photos without consent, and are not able to show reviews online of clients who take the time to leave my company reviews.     Won't remove a review (crawled from google and copied to their site) that I didn't give them permission to use and requested birdeye to remove from their site, using the email address they provided.
