It went well. They came out and I’m not quite sure what the inspection entailed. I was asking them about a particular issue we were having the furnace. It’s been turning on and off quite a bit. I’m not sure if or what kind of cleaning they did to the unit. They could have been more commutative with me about what they were doing. They did leave me a detailed receipt of the tune-up, but we’re still having the problem with the furnace. The guy who came out was nice, friendly, and personable though.
It turned out really well. The unit is running good. They were very efficient. Scheduling the Big Deal was really easy. They came the day I purchased the Big Deal which was the day after Christmas. They were very responsive.

Brad showed up on time. A couple of minutes early actually. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely recommend Black Lion Heating and Air Conditioning.
He was actually there before I was and waiting for me. He spent about a half an hour and came upstairs to tell me all was wel with the furnace and to wash the filter in a couple of weeks. I was ver pleased.
