I purchased a very old house in March 2013. The furnace is located in the crawl space and was working very well until the beginning of January. It started turning on and immediately turning off, on and off, on and off, sometimes for an hour before it would finally stay on and warm up my house. I found Black Lion on Angie's List and asked them to come service my furnace. Jason was on time, friendly and professional. Our furnace was shutting off and on during some very cold days and we were concerned it was going to be an expensive fix. Turns out it wasn't. Jason s*** me the problem, fixed it and was on his way. I will definitely use Black Lion again.
Even though the original appointment was missed by me Black Lion rescheduled and never once asked me to cover the technicians time on the missed call.
