They were professional and the installation went very smooth
Jeff arrived on time and went to work. He was thorough and meticulous and explained what he was doing. Some parts were corroded and needed a good cleaning. He did the job right and the fireplace is no working great! We have used Black Lion before, and they take pride in doing a superior job!
The work and technicians were great, very professional, and a high quality job. Will definitely hire them again. The price they charged for the 2nd job we thought was exceedingly high. I called the office and talked to operating manager about charges. He promised to review the invoice and get back to me and, as promised, he did. He agreed with me and gave me a refund for about half of the charges. It really impressed me. I highly recommend them.

The initial bid appointment went well. I was quoted a fair price for the work. I got 7 bids and they were right in the middle in terms of price. Sales guy wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to over sell. I had a complicated installation and after hearing their solution, it made the choice easy. Black lion also uses Bryant which is part of the carrier/day n nite family. Industry leading reliability. Well. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem and handled it. They showed up solidly in their projected arrival window, got the job done, and gave us useful advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Person who came out to bid was very knowledgeable and very good at measuring and calculating the load needed. He went over the options and help calculate how long it would take for us to justify moving up to a high efficiency unit. Turns out the 80% single stage was the best for us. Install team was fast and had it installed in 4 hours.
team did a great job from estimate to installation and cleanup. Black Lion was able to give me the best price with great service......easy decision. We cant wait for summer!!!
