The service user is well cared-for, as far as I can gather. I have never met any of the carers but the service user ( for whom I have power of Attorney) seems satisfied and likes the regular contact. I think it would be preferable if there were fewer carers ( I.e. not so many different ones) but I understand that this is not possible. The management seems good - easy to contact and swift to respond - and I have no complaints. I like the fact that I have access to the carers' notes so that I can see how they have been helping... read more

My husband began having Bluebird carers two years ago after a stroke.At that time he had one carer a day but following a fall and a lengthy stay in hospital he now needs two carers four times a day. Without exception all the carers have been very kind and very well trained and always take great care of him. When I have had occasion to phone the office they are always very helpful. I would certainly recommend Bluebird.

The carer came to be resident to care for my friend, when she leaves on Friday 18.7.25 she will have been with then ten days. She has more than been thrown in at the deep end, and has caught up with all the requirements very quickly. She is quite charming very caring, and privacy is her priority for my friend, I would be very pleased if she would look after me, when the time comes, she is very well presented and tidy.

I have been with Bluebird for over a month now and I find the staff both office and carers reliable, trustworthy and friendly with a great sense of humour. Emails are answered quickly. Staff are so supportive

Required care to look after my 92 year father after the death of his wife, who had really been looking after him for a number of years. My father does not have dementia, but has never been involved in looking after the household or food preperation. We started with 1 hour of care in the mornings & 1/2 hour evenings every day. From day 1 the carers were very good & empathetic, however my father has an active social life, and he was often not around in the evenings. I approached Bluebird Care when I felt my mother needed some extra support that I was unable to give. From my first contact with Bluebird they have been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I have needed to contact them. The carers are doing an excellent job at helping Mum in the mornings and go above and beyond to look after her . I would highly recommend Bluebird Care .

We have appreciated the "Live-in" care support and skill being provided to my Mother following a Stroke in November. She has made a significant recovery which is partly down to the support, care and compaignionship of her Carers. In particular the staff have enabled my Mother to retain a good degree of independence creating a safe environment with support so that she can continue to live in her own home.
