The local Bluebird Care team (Andover) have been fantastic. It’s been a difficult few months as our mum’s health and mental capacity has rapidly declined. There have been many twists and turns but each time Bluebird has kindly worked with us when we’ve needed to dial up or down on the number of care contacts each week. Bluebird provided great care to my husband during his last days. The care assistants were amazing, the office staff were very efficient and I was impressed with their service. Before we had Bluebird, I was my husband’s main carer, so when they came in, it really took the pressure off me. Their support was not just for my husband, but for me too. Thank you Bluebird Care.

Bluebird care provided care for my father for over 18 months. It started off as once a day, but then grew and we were looking at additional input when a fall and a long hospital stay resulted in him needing full-time care elsewhere. My live-in carer (two weeks) was limited, e.g. cooked Thai style food for herself and spent much time in her own room - seemed depressed. The carers - two hours daily - were cheerful and helpful, seemed very busy but never complained, shopped cooked simple snacks. I looked forward to their arrival each day.

Our carer was very kind and patient. My father found her great company and she was a joy to have around. We would definitely be happy to use Bluebird again. We had complete peace of mind with her looking after my Dad.
