Bluebird Care Andover were caring, dependable, professional and thorough in their support provided to my elderly client. They took time to ensure that they knew him and fully understood his needs. I was impressed by their teamwork, the support given to their staff and sense of humour. I would recommend this agency to others.

We used Bluebird Carers for over a year for Dad and as his Alzheimers got worse we were able to increase the care package accordingly. We started at 2 visits a day and finished with a live-in carer. This enabled us to keep Dad safe at home for as long as we could. At all times he was treated kindly and compassionately. Our mum has been having care visits from Bluebird over the last year, due to having vascular dementia. They have made a huge difference to her day to day living and enabled her to remain in her own home for much longer than would have been possible without them. They have kept her company, had a sense of fun, which Mum enjoyed and cared for her well-being. They have afforded us all peace of mind, when we were unable to be there ourselves. Would definitely recommend, should you be considering care.

Thank you. Bluebirds were extremely helpful to my neighbour, kind caring and most of all professional. The care manager was excellent at assisting in her needs. Treating her with utmost dignity at all times.

Amazing, we have used Bluebird for several years, we couldn't have survived without them. Not only did they care for Mum, but they also cared about us. I don't think we ever had cause to complain.

Our live-in carers have all been highly professional, dedicated and well trained in caring for my wife. They are a credit to their profession and to Bluebird in particular.
