The previous care regime from Bluebird was proving unsatisfactory so we switched to live-in care at the end of last year. This has worked very well and mum seems much better than she was. We are very pleased with the care she is currently receiving from her live-in carer.

I have been really impressed with the care taken to assess my parent's needs, the lady spent a good couple of hours really listening to what we were looking for. Our carer has been faultless and there isn’t anything she doesn’t do and it is always with a smile and bounce in her step, my parents could not be happier.

Continuity and reliability have been invaluable Bluebird strengths over the last year, especially given the unprecedented problems of the coronavirus pandemic. Early on they found a main carer who tuned in to my mother's needs and provides reliable, good quality, thoughtful care. When the main carer is off, Bluebird generally allocates from a group of carers my mother has already met. The care has been reliable, timely, consistent and caring throughout; unforeseen problems are dealt with efficiently by the out-of-hours team.... read more
