Bluebird responded straight away to our request for carers to provide company to my mum at home who is living with dementia. The carers and office team are professionals and work together to respond to changing needs as they arise. A year and a half later we still have the same two carers who initially visited along with others mum has come to know. They are very kind and have become an invaluable part of daily life. From the moment i contacted Bluebird they were so efficient and quickly set up the care i needed for my husband. This was 24 hour care and everything worked so well. All the carers were punctual and helpful and in particular in the last week of his life the carer who was there every day and attended with compassion all the complex needs of my husband was everything i could have wished for and helped me through this sad week. My carer is excellent. Professional in every way as well as being nicely friendly. Temporary replacements to have also been professional.

Bluebird provided 2 carers to look after my 97 year old mother after her stroke. Their response was fast, efficient, flexible and just what was needed. The carers were caring, professional, easy going, smiley, personable, reassuring, compassionate - couldn't be better. No complaints. Very good value.

I would like to thank you all so much for helping us when our mother needed emergency care suddenly. Your office team stepped in at the last minute, and sorted out care for my mother even though it was out of office hours. The carer came early in the morning, and looked after my mother efficiently and with smiles! My mother loved her day with your carers - they were both so sweet to her, and looked after her perfectly. We will definitely recommend your service, and will be requesting help from you again in the future.

My mum.has had excellent care from your service since late 2024 which has made life much easier for her at home. Your carers and support team have provided a really holistic service for her and made her very comfortable and safe . She now is going to be moving to a care home but we thank you so much for your help with mum over the past months.

All the girls who came to the house originally three times a day were unfailingly helpful and I kind. I often had not enough for them to do so I sent them away! They usually arrived more or less on time which was so important to me, not that I have other things to actually do. I imagine the travelling to be hard as they seem to come from quite some distances, and there isn't time arranged for the travelling time for them to be able to keep to the required appointments.

Bluebird Twickenham provides weekly care for my mother, and I cannot praise them highly enough. From the start, their professionalism, kindness, and reliability have been outstanding.
