The help my mother is receiving has given her renewed confidence and a feeling of more security in her own home. She is very impressed with the standard of support, she says nothing is too much trouble for the girls who call to help.

I started using Bluebird services to look after my mum 4 months ago. It has to be said from the first meeting with the care manager and owner, I knew my mum was going to receive amazing care. My wife has been a client for a period of five months since September 2019. We are very pleased with the quality of service provided by the Bluebird team. They care for my wife with dignity and respect and are very thoughtful, kind and personable. Bluebird attends on my wife twice a day, and the carers are always punctual with the occasional exception. Bluebird Care Rochdale are excellent. The staff are kind, considerate and helpful. They are courteous towards Mum and Dad and offer practical help and advice. We only support you at the weekend and Bank Holidays as we are aware we were less expensive than others you had looked at. We would really like to ascertain exactly what more we can do to earn the desired full score and hope we can work with you to achieve that. We are very happy that you have decided to increase the hours that we support you.
Having the Bluebird team in to care for our 90-year-old father (who lives with us) has been a gamechanger for us. From the first visit, we have been really impressed with the care and true interest everyone from Bluebird has for ourselves and Dad. We have been able to have some quality time for ourselves knowing that dad was being cared for and he really looks forward to their visits.
