Very pleased with the care I receive.

We only support you at the weekend and Bank Holidays as we are aware we were less expensive than others you had looked at. We would really like to ascertain exactly what more we can do to earn the desired full score and hope we can work with you to achieve that. Having the Bluebird team in to care for our 90-year-old father (who lives with us) has been a gamechanger for us. From the first visit, we have been really impressed with the care and true interest everyone from Bluebird has for ourselves and Dad. We have been able to have some quality time for ourselves knowing that dad was being cared for and he really looks forward to their visits.

I am pleased with the service from the carers. I enjoy them taking me shopping and visiting local places. They also do my cleaning and washing for me, which is a big help for me. I could not do without their help in a morning as they shower and dress me because I can't do it on my own.

Bluebird Care is a relatively new company and are striving to be the best and although I am also new to the care system I have found them excellent. I did not think I would be able to find a company who would be so flexible, amenable and approachable. They are providing my mother with an excellent standard of care in partnership with myself, which is very important to my mother. The care and support we have received from Bluebird has been amazing. They have helped us as a family be enabling mum to continue to go to the hairdressers and shopping. I feel comfortable leaving Mum in their capable hands, as I know she is treated with respect and dignity.
