Bluebird Care Rochdale have been supporting my mum to live a semi-independent life for over two years and offer an excellent service. They are thorough and professional in their approach and Mum really enjoys her visits, especially from her regular carer, whom she has a soft spot for. The help my mother is receiving has given her renewed confidence and a feeling of more security in her own home. She is very impressed with the standard of support, she says nothing is too much trouble for the girls who call to help.

I started using Bluebird services to look after my mum 4 months ago. It has to be said from the first meeting with the care manager and owner, I knew my mum was going to receive amazing care. Their attention to detail was brilliant. The staff are lovely and I like it that the same staff come to Mums which causes less confusion for her. My wife has been a client for a period of five months since September 2019. We are very pleased with the quality of service provided by the Bluebird team. They care for my wife with dignity and respect and are very thoughtful, kind and personable. Bluebird attends on my wife twice a day, and the carers are always punctual with the occasional exception. Bluebird Care Rochdale are excellent. The staff are kind, considerate and helpful. They are courteous towards Mum and Dad and offer practical help and advice. The office staff deal with queries promptly. All of the staff at Bluebird Care Rochdale are very approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
