Bluebird Care has been providing very high-quality care to my elderly friend for two years now. Their carers are unfailingly reliable, efficient and extremely kind, treating him with courtesy and respect. Nothing is too much trouble. The managers take pains to make sure they also know him well and understand his needs. They respond promptly to any queries or concerns and I have a very good relationship with all the team, much appreciated. The manager has been amazing from the day I first contacted her..its been such an easy process from the start and in 3 days the care company have made more progress than the last company did in 5 months and the effort is 1000 percent more than the previous company..many thanks

Bluebird Care has proved excellent support for my grandma, who now requires some external help with her daily life. They offer a very flexible, reliable and friendly service, which has proved invaluable to our family. I can highly recommend them to anyone, who may require help with a loved one's individual needs.

The carers are lovely, they take the time to find out what my mum really needs and help her to achieve her goals whilst promoting independence. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care. Excellent team, excellent value.

I have been and am very happy with the quality of service I receive from Bluebird Care. Every carer I have encountered, have all been very respectful and friendly; they have taken great interest in my complicated medical situation, which makes me feel at ease. The management has been very curious and professional in dealing with any issues I have had, plus on my birthday, the management arranged for an ice-cream van to visit me on my way home. Thank you all at Bluebird Care.

My mother has been at Bluebird Care Rochdale for a few months and we have already seen an upturn in her well-being and mental health. She enjoys the company and is full of compliments for the staff. She now uses forward-looking language such as "I can't wait for the spring" and this tells us volumes about the care she is now receiving. I am writing this review to thank all the staff at Bluebird Care Rochdale. Thank you so much. Keep up the terrific work. You are hugely appreciated.

I don’t often write reviews, but I wanted to put something about the impact Bluebird had on my close friend. During the current hardships we are all enduring, how refreshing it was to see how the professionalism of this company had on my friends attitude to life. There was not one thing to compliment them all, but it’s everything and the friendly way they went about their business. Mum has received excellent care and enjoys her morning visits, she has a very good relationship with her carer who responds to any needs Mum may require. Overall very happy with the service and staff Bluebird provides. Thank you.

Bluebird Care provides a great service and the people who work for them are a credit to the company. They arrive on time, are kind and considerate and willing to go the extra mile to keep my parents happy. Bluebird has been nothing but professional in all their dealings with my parents and myself. Highly recommended.
