My mum was cared for by Bluebird Care for nearly 4 years. During that time, she was treated with care and dignity, and she looked forward to their visits and chats. When mum's needs changed Bluebird worked with us to try and resolve things in a safe and controlled way. Be it showering, eating, applying medication, or anything we contacted them with. We were very lucky to have found Bluebird Care when mum needed help. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for care.

Bluebird Care Rochdale provided excellent care to my mother, they provided hands-on care and domestic care even ensuring the needs of the family dog were also met. It is hard to find a care provider that provides hands-on care as well as domestic support. The staff had a friendly manner and was always chatty towards my mother

The carers have been very patient and understanding over the last 4-5 weeks in what, for the family, has not been an easy introduction to dealing with a Mum who has had a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. On occasions, she has been quite rude and agitated towards the carers, but they have remained very professional. Thank you for all your help.

The staff at Bluebird Care have provided my daughter with support for a few years now. They have continued to provide her with support workers who improve her overall quality of life. They are very patient with her and assist her in attending college during term time, which has improved her quality of life and she has gained friends outside college. All of the support workers are very friendly, supportive and reliable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care as the assistance which is provided is excellent.

The carers have been very helpful in the mornings with my mother's needs, giving her a shower helping with dressing her and putting the cream on her legs that she requires. They also help get her breakfast ready and keeping the house tidy. They have stayed with her when she needed medical help and on another occasion, an emergency plumber to her leaking toilet. As well as taking her for medical appointments. All are very professional and caring in what they do.

My comments are as per my previous ones made earlier this year the carers are professional, friendly and I would add that they always treat my mother with respect. In addition, they are for the most part punctual.

Bluebird Care has constantly provided top-level care to my mother for the past 8 months. The compassion and service shown by the carers are beyond what we pay for; this has helped my mother get her self-confidence back. From the staff to management, each interaction feels personal and in the constant best interest of my mother, and I truly appreciate the human element consideration. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone who needs caring for, as this is a company really cares for its clients!

Very professional organisation and everyone I have dealt with has been really friendly and helpful. They were extremely accommodating in ensuring we got the times we wanted. They are very reliable and always on time. All the girls are lovely and professional and treat my mum with respect and dignity. My experience has been nothing but positive so far, and would highly recommend.

My friend is a new customer of Bluebird Care as he wasn’t happy with previous companies we’ve used. So far all staff have been very friendly and professional and more importantly have my friends needs, etc as the priority. I’ve recently logged in to the online page so I can see which carer is coming and at what time. I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for professional, friendly and reliable service.
