All the Bluebird girls are very kind, caring and helpful and I can recommend them to anyone.
I feel a peace of mind and reassurance knowing the team are looking after my grandmother in my absence throughout the weekly two daily visits. I know that my grandmother is perfectly happy with the service she receives and she knows you have her best interest at heart. Overall a consistent and professional business with its clients at the focus of all it does.
Dad has been receiving care on and off from Bluebird Care (Solihull) for about two years. In that time I have never felt the need to complain about anything. The carers have been wonderful to dad treating him with the utmost respect and with dignity. The office staff are very easy to talk to and do exactly what they are asked to do.
Your carers noticed my father needed a nurse to come and see him. They let the officer know this and let me know. They then called out a district nurse to come out and see dad. What they did was above and beyond their duties and I will always be thankful to them. Excellent service.
I have been with Bluebird (Solihull) for three and a half years. Throughout this time, I have had little to criticise or complain about. Overall, the carers, and there has been a wide variety, have been helpful, skilful and knowledgeable. It has always been a real pleasure to be greeted a smiling Bluebird face bringing friendship and companionship! I would always give my very best recommendations to Bluebird Solihull.
This is an immediate response to our initial enquiry and the carers have been most kind and efficient. I need help to sit up and dressed and also to get to bed. Both of these services have been provided and I am very happy with the way in which their tasks have been carried out.
Bluebird Care has attended my wife in the past months. Sadly, she passed away in July 2016. As my own health deteriorated in 2017, the very good experience of Bluebird Care was again sought and my experience has been first class throughout. I would recommend the service to anyone.
I have been having this company for five years and find that all the staff and carers are supportive towards me. They always arrive on time. They are excellent in looking after me. No task is too much for them. I have recommended this company to some of my friends who need a helping hand.
Excellent carers who looked after my mother three visits per day. Excellent communication if there are any problems. They made sure my mom was showered and dressed in different clothes always. The report book was always completed, clear and legible.
