The management team were accessible and reliable and the carers were professional and did what was requested. Mum was not always cooperative and they showed patience and persistence. The carers kept records so we could check mum's medication and food. Unfortunately, mum deteriorated quickly and needed full-time specialist care. The only minor problem was that the same carer couldn't always be available and we understood this.

Faultless help and support from first contact with the team to now receiving home care and support for my mum. Three carers, in particular, have been supportive, understanding and incredibly efficient at helping us get the care package in place. We're in our first week with the team visiting and everyone that has been so far, has been lovely. My mum has commented that she already feels really cared for.

I have been using Bluebird Care Solihull & Birmingham for over a year now and I have been very pleased with the continued good service. Each carer that arrives has always been very helpful and pleasant and will do anything you ask them to. I am happy when I get the same person but I realise that this is not always possible.

Following a difficult period in hospital getting an outstanding home care provider for my mom was crucial! Mom, like most did not want to go into a nursing home but accepted that she was no longer able to look after herself. Following a hip replacement operation and living alone, I was in need of care to become settled back at home. Bluebird efficiently attended and mapped out my requirements with assistance, arriving the following morning. All staff were courteous, cheerful and on time. This was coupled with a willingness to deal with other matters during the time available. They did what they were engaged to do, well.

Bluebird Care Solihull and Birmingham have been providing live-in care to my mum for the last nine months and I can't thank them enough for their help and support. The standard of care my wife received was excellent and included a high degree of compassion and professionalism mixed with a sense of humour. We always looked forward to the carer's visits. The care my husband received was faultless. It was an extremely emotional time for us and the team from Bluebird were so kind and caring to us from day one. I am forever grateful for the care provided to my husband and the support offered to me. Nothing was too much and even when we didn't need anything, they would just sit, have a coffee and let us cry on their shoulders. Thank you, Bluebird, for all your support.
