Following a difficult period in hospital getting an outstanding home care provider for my mom was crucial! Mom, like most did not want to go into a nursing home but accepted that she was no longer able to look after herself. Following a hip replacement operation and living alone, I was in need of care to become settled back at home. Bluebird efficiently attended and mapped out my requirements with assistance, arriving the following morning. All staff were courteous, cheerful and on time. This was coupled with a willingness to deal with other matters during the time available. They did what they were engaged to do, well.

Bluebird Care Solihull and Birmingham have been providing live-in care to my mum for the last nine months and I can't thank them enough for their help and support. The standard of care my wife received was excellent and included a high degree of compassion and professionalism mixed with a sense of humour. We always looked forward to the carer's visits. It is a great comfort to me to know she was well cared for by all of you. It is difficult for me to put into words how grateful we are for the dedication displayed by everybody at Bluebird.

The care my husband received was faultless. It was an extremely emotional time for us and the team from Bluebird were so kind and caring to us from day one. I am forever grateful for the care provided to my husband and the support offered to me. Nothing was too much and even when we didn't need anything, they would just sit, have a coffee and let us cry on their shoulders. Thank you, Bluebird, for all your support.

The team at Bluebird have been amazing in providing at-home care for my grandmother, who suddenly needed at-home care. While the care for my grandmother has been seamless, attentive, reliable, professional and overall outstanding, I would like to point out how much they have supported my grandfather, who otherwise cares for my grandmother. A family member of mine recently received care by the Solihull Bluebird Care service and collectively, as a family, we have been very impressed by the service and are very grateful. All team members have been very respectful and professional in helping provide the highest level of care. The team have been a catalyst in my aunt's recovery and we highly recommend their services.

He loves most of the carers that come to see him. They are very supportive of him and his needs. The things that could be improved are the time changes and the communication of these. The schedules could be sent on time, but overall, he has a good experience with Bluebird Care!
