Bluebird were recommended to us from two separate sources and they have more than lived up to expectations. They are professional and kindly and caring. They offer practical suggestions and solutions about how to improve aspects of day to day life. We feel confident that our father is in safe hands .

All the carers I have been dealing with are helpful (nothing is too much trouble) kind and experienced in what they are doing. I have been dealing with Bluebird also 2 years ago when I had a fall and had to use their help. Their service is consistent, reliable and very good.

I have had a few problems with one member of staff which I had to report to the management, who dealt with the problem immediately. Bluebird Care staff are extremely helpful. I count myself positively amazing, I couldn't ask for better.

The Bluebird Care team has been a real blessing for us, the carers are very attentive to both of our elderly parents and adapt very quickly when new necessities arise. We find it very comforting to know that we can rely on their professional help and experience daily as we do our best to ensure our parents' comfort and safety in the heart of their own home during their old age. I fully recommend the Bluebird Care agency and thank the team for all their heartfelt efforts.

All staff I came into contact with were polite, professional and pleasant, cheerful and considerate. I would unhesitatingly recommend Bluebird Care and would use them again if the need arises. I felt safe letting their carers into my house, even into any room even though I was not there.

We have been using this company for a while now for my mum who has learning difficulties and vascular dementia. The carers have been amazing with her, very patient, caring and always treat her very well. Efficient and friendly set up of mum's care with meetings prior to her return home to assess her needs. Home safety visits are also done efficiently. It's only been a few days but the carers have been kind, and friendly and helping Mum with whatever she needs with the same regular carers so they can get to know Mum and so she feels comfortable too. My mom needed help in the morning with her breakfast and support getting out of bed due to her age-related problems. Bluebird sent a lovely lady to help my mom to do just this! She also prepared a sandwich to leave for my mom's lunch as my family were at work so we knew mom would have eaten and also had a drink with her sandwich.
