One member of staff, in particular, from Bluebird is attentive, organised and caring. My father's care is just what we needed. The updates and communications have been really good and have helped to settle into a routine that better meets my father's needs.

My friend has been with Bluebird Care for approximately 12 months. The quality of service is excellent and the individual carers are all professional, supportive and caring. It gives me, family and friends great comfort to know that she is being cared for with dignity and respect. Although the cost of care is higher than some providers, I believe we are getting value for money and complete peace of mind. I would fully recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care provided exceptional support for both my late mother during her cancer treatment and now for my 86-year-old father, who is very frail. The carers are consistently cheerful, kind, and patient. They carry out their duties with care and tenderness, never rushing through tasks. We came across Bluebird along with other providers at our local MP's Pensioner Fair. Their three reps were a cross-section of the staff from the local Bluebird location and were most engaging, especially immediately identifying with Mum who has dementia and her background. Genuine practical people doing the job caring for people compared to the others we spoke with who were detached from the day to day stuff and concentrating on the 'business sell'. Bluebird carers are friendly, efficient and always considerate to my dad's changing needs. He trusts and respects them and is always pleased to see their friendly faces. I was advised when looking for health care to observe the initial manner in which a provider would "manage" my enquiry. Blue Bird Solihull (BBS) from the very outset were professional and speedy in managing the enquiry and implementing care. Once arranged and operational the management support, information and care process has been focussed on my Mothers needs and providing a wider support than the initial enquiry demanded. BBS have delivered superb work by all staff and management, a credit to the care industry.

All the carers I have been dealing with are helpful (nothing is too much trouble) kind and experienced in what they are doing. I have been dealing with Bluebird also 2 years ago when I had a fall and had to use their help. Their service is consistent, reliable and very good.

I have had a few problems with one member of staff which I had to report to the management, who dealt with the problem immediately. Bluebird Care staff are extremely helpful. I count myself positively amazing, I couldn't ask for better.
