Really excellent professional service providing personal care for my dad. Also in teaching us his to day to day (non-professional) carers great mobility and contact with the supervisor who has liaised with the OT on our behalf and with useful additional support there. We feel supported and thus not alone in the caring we do.

Mum was reluctant to accept help initially, but the staff have been so pleasant and friendly that she enjoys their visits and is slowly accepting more assistance.

The full-time carers for my friend are loving, kind and understanding. She has dementia but they encourage her to make her own decisions as far as possible, allowing her the dignity of being herself in a home full of memories. It is very hard work but they do it well, 24 hours a day for a week at a time. The family know she is in good hands.
Bluebird Care is an excellent care company, all the carers I have met are well trained, polite and caring. They are always smart. They have helped me feel comfortable and happy. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help.
