My carer has been supporting me for the last 6 months, I have found her to be excellent. Her empathy, understanding of my particular needs has been without a doubt first class. She is prompt, efficient and responds to anything I ask of her. I have respect and trust for her. We have used Bluebird Care Wandsworth for several years on a weekly basis and recently had to make some urgent changes to increase care to multiple times per day. We are extremely impressed with the way in which Dad has been treated throughout his time of using Bluebird. For the most part, changes have been handled swiftly and efficiently. Being able to access the care notes in OpenPass has been a godsend when I've not been in a position to visit, to keep abreast of Dad's care. Bluebird Carers are kind, patient and understand the needs of those they are looking after. They adhere to the care plan wherever possible and are aware of the importance and responsibility of giving medication. Throughout Covid, the carers have respected safety procedures to keep the virus at bay in the client’s home. We have used Bluebird Care Wandsworth for a number of years for our mum. Originally in a companionship capacity but, since last May following a stroke, her needs have changed. Bluebird ensured that the care was amended to reflect the change in Mum's needs. Mum has had her current carer for 2 years and she is very caring and makes my mum smile. It is a big help to us as a family to know that my mum is happy and well looked after whilst we are at work. Nothing is too much trouble for the carer.

Excellent service. Very proactive around changes in the medical condition and therefore the needs of my parents. I have been really impressed by the standard of care provided. My coordinator has been fantastic, going the extra mile to ensure Mum and Dad are supported.

Bluebird has been wonderful in looking after both our parents. They take care to create a care plan that takes into account all the needs of the client and, with us, has changed this regularly as the needs of our parents have become increasingly complex. In terms of the carers themselves, I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Without exception, every carer has been compassionate, understanding, gentle and without judgement. We are so grateful.

I instructed Bluebird under very difficult circumstances for all involved. Not only was it in the middle of Covid and all the restrictions it entails, but my cousin had also recently lost his mother/primary carer to the virus. The support we experienced from the outset was exceptional. Bluebird went out of their way to source the most appropriate carer for my cousin who is male and relatively young (aged 54) requiring 24/7 support. They found a male carer of a similar age. I have been using different agencies for the care user over the past 3 or 4 years with varied results until we found the Bluebird agency some 18 months ago. We are now completely delighted with the care package they provide us and I feel very confident that, as Power of Attorney, my duty of care to the user is being met securely and happily.
