Excellent service. Very proactive around changes in the medical condition and therefore the needs of my parents. I have been really impressed by the standard of care provided. My coordinator has been fantastic, going the extra mile to ensure Mum and Dad are supported.

Bluebird has been wonderful in looking after both our parents. They take care to create a care plan that takes into account all the needs of the client and, with us, has changed this regularly as the needs of our parents have become increasingly complex. In terms of the carers themselves, I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Without exception, every carer has been compassionate, understanding, gentle and without judgement. We are so grateful.

I instructed Bluebird under very difficult circumstances for all involved. Not only was it in the middle of Covid and all the restrictions it entails, but my cousin had also recently lost his mother/primary carer to the virus. The support we experienced from the outset was exceptional. Bluebird went out of their way to source the most appropriate carer for my cousin who is male and relatively young (aged 54) requiring 24/7 support. They found a male carer of a similar age. I have been using different agencies for the care user over the past 3 or 4 years with varied results until we found the Bluebird agency some 18 months ago. We are now completely delighted with the care package they provide us and I feel very confident that, as Power of Attorney, my duty of care to the user is being met securely and happily.

There were many logistical problems in trying to sort care for my Mum, but Bluebird were really understanding and flexible enabling what we needed to be put in place very quickly. As to our live-in carer, I can’t praise her highly enough, she went way beyond the call of duty caring for my Mum but in supporting me as well. I will be eternally grateful for her help.

Bluebird has been very helpful in setting up daily care with less than 48 hours notice. The manager has listened to all our concerns and always reported back to me and the carers have been very sensitive to the situation which has been made increasingly difficult as none of the family can visit and support the client due to the Covid pandemic. The client is much happier and feels more in control of her life and her family feel confident about her safety and well being. I would certainly recommend Bluebird to others.

The team at Bluebird were fantastic in supporting my 85-year-old mother, who suffered a broken femur and shoulder in April 2020, and my father (who has dementia). They worked closely with me and the hospital to ensure Mum's discharge was smooth and met with family members, including my dad, prior to Mum leaving hospital to really understand our needs and preferences. We have taken Mum out of London during this difficult time, sadly this means that she is missing her twice weekly carer who Mum has become very fond of her. Bluebird Care Wandsworth; are a delight to work with. They are literally the best service if you want to remain independent. They have enabled myself and the neighbours, not to worry my cousin might need some help. At 99 you can be frail, however, Bluebird Care, help her get out of bed, down the stairs, wash, prepare lunch, coordinate with the neighbours and put her in bed in the evening.
