I have used Bluebird Care Wandsworth to provide personal care for two months. The service has been excellent, professional and reliable. The main care is provided by a former nurse and when she went on leave there was a good handover to her temporary replacement and the same standards maintained.

My grandfather has Alzheimer's and Bluebird Care took over his care through direct payment after previously having issues with another provider. From the very beginning, they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Bluebird has provided my mother with a speedy service exactly when it was required. She has a team of carers attending to her needs and each carer is warm and caring and so kind to my mother. All are also good-humoured and beautiful people. They are dedicated to their job but provide a service that is more than just a job! I could not recommend them more highly.

Bluebird Care has stepped in to provide excellent care for my uncle who is in his 90s and is used to being entirely independent, so has his own way of doing things. They have been compassionate with him and tried to keep things as much as they were as possible, whilst helping and encouraging with personal care, eating, drinking fluids, medication etc. They are very professional about what they do, both in the care they give directly to my uncle but also in keeping us informed and up to date on how he is doing and what other ... read more

Bluebird Care could not have been more brilliant with my mum who is a 76-year-old with dementia. From the office staff to the carer in question, my mum and I were absolutely delighted with their kindness, care and good humour. Sadly, we have had to terminate our contract with Bluebird as my mum's needs have become too great to manage at home and she has opted to move to a care home. I would not hesitate in recommending Bluebird to friends and family.

When we first arranged care for our friend, I was impressed by the thoroughness of the care manager and the professionalism with which she approached our friend's needs. Throughout the time, since care was started, the care manager has been consistently helpful and approachable. Our friend has also been very positive in her comments about the carers who came to her home.

Mum started needing care from August 2023 because of Dementia and Alzheimers Disease. Bluebird rose to the job and provided excellent care for her, personal and otherwise until she went into hospital at the end of March 2024. She very much enjoyed the company of and chatting to her friendly carers and, in the main, responded to their kindness. I know Mum had her 'off days' when she could be a challenge but her carers managed her compassionately and with dignity.

We had Bluebird carers come to wash and change my 90-year-old father with advanced dementia. They are an excellent company. The carers were very friendly, put my father at ease, punctual and good at their jobs. The office staff were also great and were always willing to help. All in all I cannot recommend Bluebird enough.

We have nothing but praise for Bluebird. My mother moved very rapidly from once daily assistance to need for full care following hospital admission in December coming up to Christmas. Bluebird managed to pull together a team of 2 carers four times daily in time to get her home just after boxing day, a fantastic achievement at a difficult time of year.
