My husband and I have received excellent care throughout. Skilful, sympathetic and conscientious always, delivered with good humour. We think we are very lucky. Care for myself includes personal hygiene, providing well-planned meals -including shopping and assistance for physio exercise. My husband has mild dementia and tends to wander and needs a good deal of shepherding to get washed and dressed, getting to bed etc. Our carer does this patiently and has built up an excellent rapport with him.

Bluebird Care was of critical help when bridging the gap between social services-approved care for our uncle and the date it actually started (two months later) as we were also out of the country and his only family. We were completely assured knowing they were the only people in contact with Uncle as their care, compassion and professionalism were beyond our hopes and expectations. I am my mum can't commend Bluebird Care Wandsworth enough for the outstanding care Mum's carer provides; she is committed to meeting all of Mum's needs. She is kind, thoughtful, friendly, and professional. She goes out of her way to ensure Mum is holistically cared for and no task is too small. Carers has been very supportive, sympathetic and helpful. She has tried to find the best solution for my aunts situation, both in terms of her care needs but also financially. She has been quick to respond to any queries and has always been pleasant and friendly. Very professional all round.

This is the second care service I have used in the last 12 months and they are brilliant. Communication, is clear, straight forward and responses are timely. They are flexible and work alongside me supporting both my mother, who has dementia and myself. They support my mother three times a week, helping her go shopping, swimming and other activities, that are keeping her independent and active. Life is still stressful. The team at Bluebird are so kind and amazing. The office team are efficient, available and kind. The carers have been delightful. They have taken such good care of the client, patient and thoughtful. Great cooks and what they have achieved over a short time in terms of trust and a relationship with her has been so wonderful. The experience has only been good and I am totally grateful to the whole team.

My husband had a carer to shower him and dress him five days a week. They were godsends, they treated him with kindness and dignity and listened to everything he said. They helped him to go up and down stairs and helped him with his breakfast. He suffers from Parkinson's and dementia and they showed him patience and respect.

Bluebird Care provided to my mother is exceptional. With me living in Ireland and after my mother’s last carer providers were absolutely terrible, I did my research looking for the best care for my mother. I contacted Bluebird Care Wandsworth for help with personal care for my brother who is disabled after a serious accident in New Zealand two years ago. The customer services manager gave me an excellent initial explanation of what services Bluebird Care could offer and what initiating the service would entail.
