The Bluebird Care Wandsworth carers are friendly warm and personable .They are punctual and happy to help with whatever requests are made of them in order to assist with my mother. There is continuity of the same carers so that my mother is able to feel familiarity and recognition when they arrive. The links with the office and management are very good indeed.

The carers are punctual. We have used the same carers a couple of times and they were both punctual. The first time around they arrived much earlier as they said they try to anticipate any issues with traffic and or public transport. The carers were also experienced. They knew how to use the equipment in place to help my disabled husband. It felt to me that they were well trained. Initially, my mum needed someone to supervise her daily activities and ensure that she prepared and ate her meals. The carer would also escort mum when she went out whether it be to the shops or just for a walk. My carer has been supporting me for the last 6 months, I have found her to be excellent. Her empathy, understanding of my particular needs has been without a doubt first class. She is prompt, efficient and responds to anything I ask of her. I have respect and trust for her. We have used Bluebird Care Wandsworth for several years on a weekly basis and recently had to make some urgent changes to increase care to multiple times per day. We are extremely impressed with the way in which Dad has been treated throughout his time of using Bluebird. For the most part, changes have been handled swiftly and efficiently. Bluebird Carers are kind, patient and understand the needs of those they are looking after. They adhere to the care plan wherever possible and are aware of the importance and responsibility of giving medication. Throughout Covid, the carers have respected safety procedures to keep the virus at bay in the client’s home. We have used Bluebird Care Wandsworth for a number of years for our mum. Originally in a companionship capacity but, since last May following a stroke, her needs have changed. Bluebird ensured that the care was amended to reflect the change in Mum's needs. Mum has had her current carer for 2 years and she is very caring and makes my mum smile. It is a big help to us as a family to know that my mum is happy and well looked after whilst we are at work. Nothing is too much trouble for the carer.
