Bluebird have had full-time carers looking after my brother, who has had a stroke, for the past four years and I cannot fault them. All the carers have been exceptional, sometimes under very difficult circumstances. The staff at Bluebird always kept me informed of who was looking after my brother and any other information they thought I should be aware of. As a caring agency, I cannot recommend them highly enough and if ever I needed a carer, I would certainly go to Bluebird.

All the carers sent by Bluebird were really fantastic in very difficult circumstances. One, in particular, was with my brother, who has suffered a horrendous stroke, for over 2 years and enhanced his life no end. All have been very caring and professional - the carers, as well as the management and I, would highly recommend anybody to use this wonderful agency.

Bluebird Care Wandsworth is a fantastic healthcare company! The office staff through to the carers who have attended daily to my sick Mother are exceptional in providing a high standard of care. Bluebird Care Wandsworth provide a live-in carer for my elderly mother who has dementia. Mum's condition is deteriorating of course and we are working to keep her at home. Her carer is diligent, caring and creative. She works with me to find solutions to each new problem as it arises. Getting Mum out of the house for her vaccine was a challenge and I was able to rely on our wonderful carer to figure out with me how to coax Mum up and out so that we could get her vaccinated. I was offered 12 hours of respite care for my elderly mother (96) who I am a carer for. The Bluebird Care Wandsworth carers are friendly warm and personable .They are punctual and happy to help with whatever requests are made of them in order to assist with my mother. There is continuity of the same carers so that my mother is able to feel familiarity and recognition when they arrive. The links with the office and management are very good indeed.

The carers are punctual. We have used the same carers a couple of times and they were both punctual. The first time around they arrived much earlier as they said they try to anticipate any issues with traffic and or public transport. The carers were also experienced. They knew how to use the equipment in place to help my disabled husband. It felt to me that they were well trained. Initially, my mum needed someone to supervise her daily activities and ensure that she prepared and ate her meals. The carer would also escort mum when she went out whether it be to the shops or just for a walk. Unfortunately, in May 2020 mum had a minor stroke which left the right side of her body weak and she now has limited movement.
