Wonderful Home for our Group of 10 This house was a great fit for our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for our stay - it was cold and rainy, so we did not get to take advantage of the pool or spa, but they looked very inviting! The toddlers enjoyed the Playhouse, but it was a treacherous walk to get down to it when the stairs were wet. Very lovely home We were really impressed with the maintenance, cleanliness and overall updated decor of this house. Everything was labeled and the house was easy to manage. The sand toys were a hit for the children and the garage is really large so 2 cars fit in perfectly. The best part was the yard for the little ones to play in and the BBQ area to enjoy the outside. Beach Perfect We stayed here last July. I loved everything about this place except the stairs! If there were a few more fans it would've been perfect. Maybe ceiling fans. Other than this, we loved the place. Nice view of the ocean and could see the fireworks at Sea World on the balcony every night.
Wonderful bay-front location for the family! We recently spent 8 nights at this property and would definitely stay again. It has a great open floor plan and the most amazing views of Mission Bay. The photos were an accurate representation of the property and it was very clean when we arrived. We were prepared for the tiny garage from reading previous reviews; while it was indeed tiny, we were able to squeeze in a minivan (passengers had to exit first!) and just leave the garage door open, as there is no access to the home/an... read more
Char Q. This house was near perfect for our family group of 9. The sleeping arrangement was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nothing is new in the house, but it was clean, in working order and comfortable beds. The only thing that we found lacking was an indoor eating area, but we made it work. If the weather is good, there is plenty of space outside, but it was cold and rainy for the first couple of days of our stay. Beach paradise! We just returned from our weekend family getaway at this beautiful penthouse. The views were incredible! It was breathtaking to sit in the living room and kitchen areas with a 180 degree view of the beach. Over the course of the weekend we spotted several groups of dolphins from the window. Beautiful Property in Excellent Location We stayed in this beautiful property for a long New Years weekend and it exceeded all expectations. Situated just south of Belmont Park, it was steps from the beach, excellent restaurants and entertainment. The rooftop views of both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean were amazing.
