Family vacation The home was perfect for our family trip! Wonderful location, close to the beach/bay and walking distance to restaurants. We loved the home. The fire pit was awesome. this was a perfect place for us and a beautiful home.

Family Vacation Fun ! The property was pretty much as described. We loved the central location. Perhaps the "walk to beach" could have been described better since we really couldn't go there with the kiddos, but it was only a short drive to the beaches. Loved having the media room and pool table though! The roof deck was great to watch the sun set, but couldn't really grill for dinner since there isn't sufficient lighting. Perfect Location My husband and I spent 4 nights in this cute cottage. We loved the location. Close to many great restaurants, (Cody's) and the ocean. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. the only drawback was the size of the bathroom. A little too small with no counter space. Other than that, we loved it. Working with Bluewater Vacation Homes was very smooth.

good location My wife and I enjoyed this property during our vacation. The location was perfect for us. It was very close to the beach and law st park. Plus there was plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was clean and had all the amenities that was listed. Bluewater was helpful and checked in with us to make sure things were running smooth.

La Jolla This home was a well appointed, tastefully decorated with no expense spared! Top of the line furnishings both inside and out. Beautiful sunsets from your deck while sitting by a gas fire pit or your personal hot tub. Walk to town for shopping or restaurants. Walk to surf "Birdrock" Close enough to the Pacific beach downtown area but far enough away to relax! highly recommend....

Great location, nice layout! This 3 bedroom condo is well situated a block from the beach, and next to the Catamaran Resort. We had a meeting at the Catamaran, and were very happy to be able to escape the resort, to our quiet home away from home. Within the house, it was quiet. Only problem was the bedrooms facing the hallway. On weekends when people walked through, later than on typical work day, it is a bit noisy. Post Wedding wind down We came to Pacific Beach after my oldest daughter was married in Temecula for a little post wedding relaxation. The unit was in impeccable condition and we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. We appreciated the starter kit for the condo as the last house we were coming from did not even have trash bags! The proximity to the Ocean and Bay was fabulous. The security for the complex was appreciated too. I would go back and recommend this complex to my friends.

Stayed here while visiting new granddaughter Quite simply, our stay was just way too short. The house was beautiful and obviously well cared for. We met the owners and they were wonderful. We have already recommended this house to others and we hope to stay there again ourselves. Bluewater handled everything promptly and with courtesy, from our initial inquiries to our final departure.
