Overall loved the house The home is very modern and beautiful. The home's amenities such as the hot tub, grill, showers, etc. are wonderful. The location is excellent with a short walk to the ocean and an easy ride to the many attractions of La Jolla and San Diego. My major complaint was the fee for heating the pool. The home rental is obviously not cheap and I was aware in advance that heating the pool was not included. I was not prepared to find out when we arrived that the charge would be $100 per day. San Diego harbor at its best Very nice layout for up to 5 people, the size of our group. Very well equipped and maintained. Lots of walkers by patio we enjoyed. Only 1.5 balks to Pacific Beach. Parking slot a little tight but fine. Some noise in am from unit above-but not excessive. We used patio a lot. Master bedroom and bath very roomy. We would highly recommend. Great location to SeaWorld, Airport, LA Jolla etc. We would stay the next time for shure.

Good location, plenty of room We stay in Mission Beach every year and love the area. Steps from the bay and from the ocean is a huge draw for us. The condo was nice with good views, right on the bayside walkway. Close to additional parking for guests was nice as we host Thanksgiving dinner for all our southland family. Downside was that the main level was not on the ground floor. I should have inquired, but that limited the flow out to the patio and was more difficult for the grandparents. Excellent location and property My family and I travelled to La Jolla for Thanksgiving and a wedding and this property was perfect for both purposes. It's lovely and large with plenty of room for the six of us. The location is terrific as it is within an easy walk of the village and tons of shops and restaurants.
Great for a family! Lovely view with plenty of space to accommodate a family. Our many kids (3 toddlers and 2 infants, plus another toddler and infant visiting!) made use of the pool, the play structure, and the deck. We used this location for a family reunion and it was wonderful. It is managed by Blue Water Vacation Homes and they were extremely helpful in correcting a few issues that arose with the house.
Quiet and Comfortable Clean, comfortable house with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, lovely patio with a barbecue, and lots of space for hanging out with family (we were gathering from Spokane, DC, LA, and San Diego for a family reunion). We were very happy with the accommodations.
Best home on the beach with million dollar view We absolutely loved this home! This is the second time we have used Bluewater to book our week at the beach and their customer service is top notch and they are honest and trust worthy. I would highly recommend using them and we will continue to use them each year. This house was amazing and is literally right on the beach.
