My husband and I were in the market for the 5 series and felt that George Serrano was an exemplary salesman. He was courteous and friendly but very professional, taking time to explain all the features available as well as walking us through the financial aspect of the transaction. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient. The way the showroom is set up is well-planned and we were always greeted promptly. And, this may seem silly but I feel it's important, the ladies facility was clean and tidy.

I went to Open Road of Roxbury on the recommendation of a friend even though it's not the closest BMW to where I live. I was glad I did! I was treated very nicely and immediately made to feel welcome by the Service crew, in particular the svc advisor Chris Chuako(sp?). and the svc manager Dave Welker. They provided excellent service, not just the repair itself (which was also excellent) but also in keeping me informed etc. And my car was returned clean & pristine, which I loved! Thank you!

Before visiting Open Road BMW of Roxbury, I visited some other dealerships and found the quality of service to be sub-par when compared to the dealership in Roxbury. It was a pleasure to work with their staff, especially my salesman, Duk Snyder. Duke really went above and beyond to find the car that met my desired wants and needs. I first "met" Agata online when I inquired about a pre-owned 2007 Mazda Miata. She was very knowledgeable concerning this particular vehicle and if I asked about a detail with which she was not familiar, she researched it and got back to me as soon as she could. Allan was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The price of the vehicle was very good. I can honestly say that we got a good deal since I did my research before purchasing the car. When we first saw the car, it needed some work. The dealership promised to make the necessary work to make us happy and indeed they delivered. Car was nice, clean and looks a lot better. From the moment I called and spoke with Andrzej through the entire sales cycle Andrzej was informative and professional. I chose Open Road BMW of Roxbury because the dealership was open later and Andrzej answered the phone.
