"They added in over $2000 worth of nonsense to their..." They added in over $2000 worth of nonsense to their pricing on the pre-owned car. Added $925 prep, $799 doc, and $399 etch fees to the car. Was told 'it's in our fine print'. All unnecessary...prepping the car for delivery should be free, no doc fee is $799, and etch cost them $49. "Typical run of the mill sales process. Low ball offers..." Typical run of the mill sales process. Low ball offers on two trade ins. Price of vehicle we were interested in was not competitive. Went to a more reputable BMW dealer elsewhere and got +3,000 for trade in #1, and +4,000 for trade in #2. I'd go somewhere else if you were considering these guys. Standard process here at maximizing their profit margin at the consumers expense....

Several months later I decided I couldn't get comfortable in the seats and decided to order a new Tesla. "Frustration" I don't usually write reviews to nobody because I don't if this really means something to the manager of this location at Roxbury. For the past three months I've been at this location four times. First time everything work out good, painful after paying almost $3,000 but good. "Service center is unprofessional " This comment is purely for the service department. I would give this review 0 stars if I could. I went in to get a taillight fixed, they told me I needed a new transmission and that it was covered under warranty. After they installed the transmission, there was a check engine light that was not there before. They claimed it was because of an aftermarket intake. They refused to take ownership of their mistake and instead suggested I take it to another shop to fix the check engine light. Tha... read more
"Terrible service" I bought a beautiful used 2015 Mustang from this dealer and loved it right away. The salesman was very nice but did not know anything about the car he was selling. They sold it to me WITH the engine checklight on; but it drove perfectly. A month after having the car, my exhaust and body RUSTS off. "Uncouth tag team (client advisor and sales manager) " I visited this Dealership on 12/31/18 to lease a new 2018 X2, I was assisted by Nick, generally he was pleasant as I expected. The longer the price negotiating period lasted, (at least an hour) the more transparent of just how truly superficial that pleasantry was. That said as we agreed on a purchase price and once I got the credit approval, Nick came back with a higher selling price.
