Expected better. They don’t care unless they they feel the need to sell you something, then magically they never stop calling. This dealer is terrible.
Purchased a 14 535i from them which i was so excited to bring home! Well that didnt last when i found out my second key fob didnt work.. Called them went through trial and error for 3 weeks, turned out the second key they gave me was lost or stolen in one point in time and was locked by bmw. Ok easy fix, give me a new key that works. NOPE, rude, heartless, horrible customer service manager at roxbury denied any more help or replacement of the key they gave to me which was locked! I purchased a Pre Certified 2013 535 and was told the second set of FOB/ keys as part of being a Pre Certified Car would be sent after the sale, 10 calls to the salesman Sam and the Sales Manager not one returned call, when they did answer they stated the second set of keys would be sent, its been 3 months and now they don't even return calls. For being so worried about REVIEWS, but they never followed up, this was a very poor experience. I working with my local BMW Dealership to invoice them directly for the FOB/key.
Read "usatoday's" review posted on 12/13/15.....almost identical experience, but fortunately, I only wasted some time and not money or a trip. Exhibit 1: Roxbury advertises a 2015 CPO X1 in cars.com claiming it has a technology package. Pictures of interior / dash clearly show that it doesn't even have navigation, let alone technology. My wife and I drove nearly an hour to see a CPO X1 SUV. It was in the showroom, but unfortunately it was sold. I had called the dealer in the morning twice to see if it was available, the first time was about an hour after they opened and no one answered. I called back about 15 minutes later and a sales person picked up and said at that time it was still available. We decided to go that afternoon since they did have others on the lot. Be very very careful with these people!! First I want to say that I am aware that a lot of people post negative reviews because they are angry. Sometimes for no reason. But I post this only because this is the worst dealership I have ever experienced in my life. I am also sure that the few positive reviews that they have on here. They posted themselves. With the exception of the Service Dept., unfortunately our experience mirrored that of others. Negotiated terms frequently changed. Senior management, as well as our salesman were sorely lacking in both professionalism and product knowledge. I found both areas were more concerned with us providing an on-line positive review, than focus on meeting our expectations. Having now seen the reviews, I understand why.
