"I brought my vehicle in for service after I had an issue..." I brought my vehicle in for service after I had an issue 3 weeks after I purchased it. I initially was not happy about being charged to fix it. A couple days later Chapman reached out to me to inform me that they reviewed my case and did feel like I should not have charged fr those repairs and will be providing me with a full refund. I am happy they took the time to review the case and the car is running better than ever.
