traveled 400 miles for a car. got pretty good deal on it.everything went fairly smooth for a very large dealer,almost felt like we were in a puppy mill.unfortunately i left my garage door opener in my trade in.noticed on ride back home.contacted my service adviser,was told it would be mailed to me.well two weeks,still no opener

I had the first service visit for newly purchased X3. Whole service, including car wash, was completed with in stated time period. Andy was very friendly and professional in dealing with me, It was a real pleasant experience.

We bought a used Cayman S from Loc and can't speak highly enough of him. When there were some delays in the prep he sent us out to dinner on the dealership. Loc was great about answering all my questions via email and phone and the car was exactly as described. He even called me months after the sale just to say hi. Highly recommended.

This my 3rd time working with Chapman on servicing my 2012 BMW X5. I have been very satisfied with the service adviser Mike Reeves. He cares about the service provided to the customer. I winter in Arizona so this is my dealer when here. My last visit was to solve a small oil leak which appeared on my garage floor. I was nearing the end of my CPO warranty, so this needed attention. What a great dealership! I had service performed on my 5 series and from start to finish I felt like I was given individualized and customized attention . I worked with Jacob in service, he made it easy and he communicated with me throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. In fact, their service department is so good, it's a reason to buy a new car from them because you'll never have to worry about your car ever again!
