"Super customer service from Jim Davis" It was a pleasure having Jim as our sales person, he was very professional, courteous, and made sure the sales process was efficient and painless. He even delivered our new car personally to our home in Tucson...can't say I have ever had that level of service and am spoiled now!

"Great overall experience" We recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Mentin. He took the time to show us around the lot and went out of his way to find a vehicle in another area of Phoemix. After taking us out for lunch, the car had been delivered to the Chapman dealership. That was the vehicle we purchased. He spent the time to make sure he could find us the right vehicle.

"First Time BMW driver" I just bought my first BMW 430i coup. I have never had a car in my driving experience. "Outstanding Service!!!! Hany Fadda!" I want to start off by saying I hate going to dealerships. Until I met Mr. Hany Fadda. From the beginning, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
