"Oil change" Service rep was excellent, however scheduled standard oil change took 90 minutes, without having car washed. No reason for the delay. I arrived on time , at no time was the waiting room crowded.
"Top Service" Working with Lori Asserson was such a pleasure - she was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with - she quickly responded to any inquiries and walked me through every step - I was happy to work with such a professional
"Standard oil change & services" My 3 Series was serviced and professionally cared for by the Ramsey service staff. Staff has always provided the best service on all of my cars. I have recommended the Ramsey service center to friends and would do so again.
"Excellent service from John B" Very pleased with the level of service from John. My wheel lock issue was resolved promptly. He is veey knowledgeable and courteous also. Thank you!
"New X- 1" Our sales rep, Daniela Faican, was terrific. She was/is extremely knowledgeable about the different cars I was looking at. She was not pushy at all, but was confident in the product and herself. A pleasure to deal with. Jonathan ,the BMW genius, did a terrific job going over the features of the car. He was extremely patient and thorough in his demonstration. Rob, who handled the finance paperwork was also very good. I would highly support requenting Daniela and Jonathan when buying a car at BMW of Ramsey.
"Great service - great attitude - quick to respond" It was a pleasure dealing with Andrew for our X5. From test drive to completion of order to lease terms, all were handled with proficiency and great service. As a surprise, the car was produced and delivered to the dealership in just 2 weeks! Kudos to all! We also look forward to dealing with Kristin Perwas who was terrific in demonstrating all of the features in our last X5. This is our 3rd one and they just keep getting better!
