"service" everything about my recent service was great, Frank was wonderful in keeping me posted about my vehicle. the only thing that perplexed me was that when my vehicle was returned to me it was covered in dust and had not been washed, i had to leave the dealership and go to the car wash. maybe it has changed but i always thought that a car washing at the end of service was part of the service process. everything else however was great. "Best of the best" People buy BMW for their detailed excellence. BMW of Ramsey is even more detailed then BMW themselves. Both the salesman Luis and the Sales manager James were excellent!

"Oil change done right" I brought my car in for routine maintenance, mostly an oil change. The service was performed in a timely manner and the car was washed.
