All staff are attentive and friendly. They do good work on the car and make sure the car is washed and cleaned when it’s done. My service manager arranged a ride share so I don’t have to wait in the dealership. I had a pleasant experience.

Phenomenal customer service. I felt like I was in great hands with Elmin. He was professional and extremely helpful. Hands down BMW of Sudbury exceeded my expectations! I had a poor experience at the BMW in Nashua and the team in a Sudbury knocked it out of park for me.
