"I went in for a relatively straightforward service..." I went in for a relatively straightforward service appointment. They didn’t have a loaner but it’s hard to blame them - cars seem to be an endangered species at this point. Anyway, Bill was very considerate and didn’t try to sell me any services I didn’t need. And the car was ready even earlier than we expected, which was a nice surprise! Would recommend them to anyone.
