Communication and ease of communication was excellent! I also received a video made by the technician of my car’s undercarriage that included his comments as he checked my tire treads and look for leaks. And I only went in for a recall but came home with a washed car inside and out. Excellent service.

2021 not a great year to buy a new car - but Joshua really helped get us order the car we wanted and kept us informed all the way through the process. The final pickup was very smooth and showed us a lot about the car. Would recommend Joshua to anybody wanting a BMW.
