We had had some less then stellar experiences in the past and he renewed our faith in BMW of Sudbury. Thanks William! While we were waiting for service (which was done when promised - thank you), Peter saw us looking at new cars and answered all of our questions on the spot. We liked him and will absolutely come to see him when we are ready to buy a new car.

The car had to be towed there without me. They received the car, sent a video examination of the car, then followed up with an assignment. Repaired quickly and the service was exceptional. I recommend this BMW dealer.
