While we were waiting for service (which was done when promised - thank you), Peter saw us looking at new cars and answered all of our questions on the spot. "Just had my 328i repaired at the BMW of Sudbury - water..." Just had my 328i repaired at the BMW of Sudbury - water pump and thermostat, along with a few smaller things. The car had to be towed there without me. They received the car, sent a video examination of the car, then followed up with an assignment. Repaired quickly and the service was exceptional. I recommend this BMW dealer.
